Congratulations! You and your friends reached your group's required size, and now everybody gets the offer reward. But how does that happen? We're glad you asked!
When your group reaches its required size, we will first contact your group via email to congratulate you and provide everyone with instructions on what happens next. This is why it's important to use an active email account when you sign up.
In a nutshell, here's how it works:
Step 1: We send you a draft order invoice
You will receive a draft order invoice from us via email that contains your offer reward and pricing.
Step 2: Complete your purchase
Each member of your group will have 2 weeks from receipt of the invoice to complete your purchase. Just click the link in the email to enter your shipping and payment info, and complete your order.
If 2 weeks pass before every member of your group has completed payment, any unpaid draft order invoices will automatically expire, and we will refund in full every group member who has made payment.
Step 3: We begin fulfilling after all orders are finalized
As soon as every member of your group has completed payment for the group offer, we will begin fulfilling orders based on our current shipping schedule.
