The Flash Group Offers program allows friends to get together and purchase their Flashes at a significant group discount. If someone you know has already created a group, you can join their group and get in on the savings. This article explains how to join an existing group, and how to invite others to join your group.
Joining an existing group
In order to join an existing group, you need the unique Group ID (a string of letters/numbers generated by our website). All members of a group have access to this Group ID, so just ask your friend if they forgot to give it to you.
To join their group, visit the Group Offers page and look for the section called... Join you Friends! Enter the Group ID and click on "Join Group."
You'll then see the group's name and the reward offer that the group is trying to earn. Just enter your name and email, and you'll be added to the group.
Your name will be displayed when anyone views the group status. Your email is kept private and is the only way we can contact you, so please make sure to use an account that you check often.
Inviting others to join your group
Inviting your friends and family to join your group is an integral part of the Group Offers program. After all, if they don't join your group, you can't earn your group reward!
Sharing your group for others to join can be accomplished in a number of ways:
- Share your Group ID
All anyone needs to join your group is your Group ID, which is provided to you as soon as you create or join a group. Just share that Group ID with whomever you want, and they can join your group from the Group Offers page.
- Group Confirmation Email
When you first create or join a group, you receive a confirmation email that includes social sharing buttons. These buttons are coded to include your Group ID, so all you have to do is share. When someone clicks on your shared link, they are taken directly to your group's signup form.
- Group Status Page
You can always view your group's status from the Group Offers page (read on in this section for more details). Your group status page also includes social buttons to quickly share your group with others. When they click on your link, they'll be taken directly to your group's signup page.
