If the product does not match how it was described to you on our website or through any communications with us, please contact us and we can discuss a possible return.
In order to qualify for a refund, bike returns must be made within 30 days of your bike user account setup (this is performed by you when setting up your Flash for the first time), or within 90 days of when you first received your bike, whichever comes first.
Accessory items purchased as separate products, such as fenders and extra battery chargers, must be returned within 30 days of receiving shipment.
In all cases, proof of purchase is required with original receipt. Any return must be made in its original packaging and without any damage to the product.
Our warranty covers manufacturing and material defects, and does not cover normal wear and tear, damage/failure due to an accident, incidental or consequential damage, or any use of the bike that's inconsistent with the operating instructions as laid out in our user manual.
Bike components are warrantied for a period of 2 years. All electronics are warrantied for 1 year.
If you do have an issue with your Flash that you believe to be under warranty, please submit a request. If we can't fix it, we'll replace it.
Please note that the Flash v1 bike is intended for use in the United States only.
