If the product does not match how it was described to you on our website or through any communications with us, please contact us and we can discuss a possible return.
In order to qualify for a refund, bikes and accessories must be returned within 30-days of receiving the shipment. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Proof of purchase is required with original receipt. No returns are allowed after the 30-day period.
Any return must be made in its original packaging and in its original condition. Items returned not in original condition is subject to a 20% restocking fee. Items damaged by abuse will be excluded from the return policy. In all cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Our warranty covers manufacturing and material defects and does not cover normal wear and tear, damage/failure due to an accident, incidental or consequential damage, or any use of the bike that's inconsistent with the operating instructions as laid out in our user manual.
Bike components are warrantied for a period of 2 years. All electronics are warrantied for 1 year. All other accessories sold from our Flash website comes with a 30-day warranty. After 30-days please contact the manufacturer directly for any warranty claims.
If you do have an issue with your Flash that you believe to be under warranty, please submit a request. If we can't fix it, we'll replace it.
Please note that the Flash v1 bike is intended for use in the United States only and thus the warranty applies to only the original customers that purchased the bike from our Flash online store in the United States. The warranty is not transferable.
